Don't trust Dave

Poor Dave is suffering from cognitive dissonance. Sadly, because of Dave and his mates, the NHS in England and Wales is in a sorry state, so he is unlikely to get much help. If you live in Scotland and are suffering similarly, please seek help before Dave destroys your NHS too – or simply vote 'yes' in 2014!
